2. What this site is
TOC World Hub is an editorial reference platform about the Theory of Constraints (TOC). It aggregates and summarizes publicly available information about TOC implementations, books, videos, and events. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the companies or organizations referenced in the database, nor by the Goldratt organizations or TOCICO, unless explicitly stated.
3. Content accuracy disclaimer
Implementation cases are compiled from public sources — academic papers, conference proceedings, consultancy publications, press coverage, and public presentations. Each record links to its source and carries a validation status (collected, auto-verified, or human-verified). Despite our review process, we cannot guarantee that every figure is accurate, current, or complete. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, or professional advice. Results described in cases are specific to their context and do not guarantee similar outcomes elsewhere.
4. Corrections & removal requests
If you represent a company or organization referenced in our database and believe a record is inaccurate, outdated, or should not be listed, email tocworldhub@gmail.com with the record in question, your relationship to the organization, and the correction or removal you request. We aim to respond within 14 days. Records shown to be materially inaccurate will be corrected or removed.
5. Affiliate disclosure

Book links on this site may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. This supports the operation of the platform. Affiliate relationships never influence which books we list or how we describe them.

Site design, original text, and the curated database structure are © TOC World Hub. Book covers, company names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial reference only. Quoted results and excerpts remain the property of their original publishers and are attributed to their sources. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us and we will address it promptly.
7. Your submissions
By submitting a case, event, or other content you confirm the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to review, edit, publish, and translate the submission on this platform, with attribution where appropriate. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt its operation, misrepresent your identity in submissions, or use the contact forms to send spam.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOC World Hub shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — this site or its content.
10. Changes
