• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working.

3. How we use your data

• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email contains an unsubscribe option.
• To review, verify, and publish case or event submissions.
• To respond to your messages and consultation requests.
• To protect the site against abuse and to understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, database, and email delivery), who process it on our behalf.

4. Company data in our database

Our implementation database contains information about companies and organizations compiled from publicly available sources: academic publications, conference proceedings, consultancy publications, press articles, and public presentations. Each record cites its source. This is information about organizations, not private individuals. If you represent an organization listed here and believe a record is inaccurate or should be removed, see our corrections & removal policy or email us directly.

5. Cookies and advertising

The site currently does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) or analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and — where required — you will be asked for consent before any such cookies are set.

6. Affiliate links

Book pages contain Amazon affiliate links. Clicking them takes you to Amazon, whose own privacy policy then applies. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

7. Data retention and your rights

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Submission and contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain the database's provenance trail. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing tocworldhub@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
