One Platform.
Every TOC Story.

TOC World Hub is an independent platform built to connect the global Theory of Constraints community, make TOC knowledge universally accessible, and bring Goldratt's vision one step closer to becoming the world's operating system for organisations.

The Problem

TOC works. The results are outstanding.
Adoption is still surprisingly low.

70% lead time reduction. 49% inventory cut. 68% throughput increase. Not projections. Not cherry-picked case studies. Median results โ€” from 82 independent real-world implementations, reviewed and published by academics.

The evidence is overwhelming. And yet most executives, operations leaders, and project managers have never heard of the Theory of Constraints โ€” or have heard the name but don't know where to start.

The knowledge exists. The cases exist. The practitioners exist. But they're scattered โ€” buried in conference proceedings, academic journals, private blogs, and the memories of people who were in the room when the results happened.

The constraint isn't the methodology. It's visibility.

The Solution

Centralise the evidence โ€” every documented TOC case in one searchable database

Make the methodology accessible โ€” explained clearly, in multiple languages, for free

Connect the community โ€” practitioners, researchers, organisations, and learners

Surface events, books, and resources that are currently impossible to find in one place

Build the platform Goldratt would have wanted to exist

The Vision Behind the Vision
"The goal of TOC is to teach the world to think."

โ€” Eliyahu M. Goldratt

Goldratt never saw TOC as a manufacturing tool. He saw it as a way of thinking โ€” a method for finding the real cause of complex problems and designing solutions that actually work. He wanted it to apply everywhere: in factories, hospitals, governments, schools, and families.

He spent his life building that methodology, publishing it in novels and textbooks and lectures, training practitioners across 40 countries, and watching organisations transform when they applied it seriously. He died in 2011, buried in Israel, with the work unfinished โ€” not because the methodology was incomplete, but because the world had barely started learning it.

TOC World Hub exists to accelerate that learning. Every case we document, every book we surface, every practitioner we connect, every event we list โ€” it's one step closer to the world Goldratt was building.

What We're Building

Six pillars. One platform.

Each pillar of TOC World Hub serves a different type of user โ€” the researcher, the practitioner, the learner, the event organiser, the curious professional. Together, they form the complete TOC reference point the world doesn't yet have.

The Implementation Database

Thousands of real TOC cases โ€” from factory floors in Japan to hospitals in Brazil, from construction projects in Germany to retail chains in South Africa. Searchable by country, sector, method, and result. A living record of what TOC actually produces in the real world.

The Community

A space to submit cases, connect with practitioners, find events, and contribute to the most complete public record of TOC in action. The community is the platform.

Independence

We are not here to sell you anything.

TOC World Hub is an independent platform. We don't represent any consulting firm, certification body, or commercial interest in the TOC world. Our job is to make information accessible and connections possible โ€” not to be the gatekeeper of who gets to be part of this community.

We are not a consulting firm. We do not sell engagements.
We are not a certification body. We do not issue credentials.
We are not affiliated with any single organisation in the TOC world.
We do not represent Goldratt's family or estate.
What We Are

A connector. A library. A signal boost.

We are a team that believes the Theory of Constraints is one of the most powerful frameworks for human organisations ever developed โ€” and that it deserves far more visibility than it currently has.

We are building the infrastructure that the TOC community needs: a central reference point that any organisation, practitioner, or student can start from. A place where the knowledge is not scattered โ€” it's here.

And we are building it in the open, incrementally, with input from the community we serve.

The most valuable contribution you can make to TOC World Hub right now is a case study. Every real implementation you know about โ€” yours, your clients', one you read in a paper โ€” makes the database more useful for the next person who searches for TOC in your sector.
